Have you woken up from a dream and wondered what it meant?
Have you had a dream you can’t quite shake? Or wondered why certain images stay with you?
There may be more there than you think, and you’re in the right place to explore it.
Dreaming is something every human being shares. Across cultures and centuries, dreams have stirred curiosity, offered guidance, and reflected the hidden layers of our inner lives. They are part of being alive. When we choose to pay attention, dreams can become more than fleeting images. They can become a doorway into deeper self-understanding.
Dreamwork is a guided process of exploring your dreams with curiosity and care. In a one-on-one session, we look at your dream together and uncover the meaning and insight it may hold for your life right now.
Why I do this work…
Moonbeam Dreamwork exists because dreams matter. When you sleep, there is a part of you that continues to speak in images. Dreams are living expressions of the psyche, carrying guidance, tension, memory, and possibility. At Moonbeam Dreamwork, we approach them not as puzzles to solve, but as relationships to cultivate. Together, we slow down, listen closely, and uncover the personal meanings woven into your symbolic life.
I began recording my dreams at thirteen because they felt too vivid and complex to dismiss. What began as a fascination became a quiet devotion that has spanned more than two decades. My journals have guided me through the thresholds of love, loss, creativity, motherhood, and identity shifts. Supported by formal study in depth psychology and Jungian-oriented dreamwork, I bring both lived experience and psychological grounding to each session, honoring the depth, complexity, and transformative potential of the dreaming mind.
Why dreams matter…
In a 24-hour culture shaped by constant connectivity, accelerating technology, and the pressure to always be productive, many people feel overstimulated and internally fragmented. We are influenced not only by our personal experiences, but by the broader emotional atmosphere we live within. Tending to the dream life offers a necessary counterbalance. Dreamwork is an ancient and deeply human practice. It restores contact with our natural rhythms, our instinct, our imagination, and the quieter layers of consciousness that modern life often drowns out. In doing so, dreams reconnect us to our center and gradually reshape how we move through the world and the relationship we have with ourselves.
Lets Begin…
Whether you’re seeking clarity, emotional integration, spiritual connection, or simply curious about the deeper meaning behind your dreams, you are welcome here.
MY DREAMWORK METHOD
-
We begin by walking through your dream with curiosity
Using a Jung-inspired lens, we explore the symbols, characters, and emotional tone of the dream while staying rooted in your personal associations and intuition.
-
We look at the deeper meaning behind the dream’s imagery.
Dreams often point toward emotions, patterns, or inner movements that aren’t fully conscious yet. They may reflect personal themes, relational dynamics, or archetypal motifs. We uncover what feels true and relevant for you.
-
We turn understanding into something you can use.
Together, we find gentle, grounded ways to apply the dream’s insight, whether through reflection, creative practices, or simple shifts in awareness. The goal is to let the dream support your everyday life and personal growth.
Dreamwork:
A Gentle Introduction.
For as long as humans have dreamed, we’ve sought meaning in the images that visit us at night. Ancient cultures viewed dreams as messages from the gods, intuitive warnings, or guidance from the unseen world. Indigenous traditions have long honored dreams as sources of wisdom for individuals and communities. In the modern era, dream studies expanded through psychology, from Freud’s early theories to Jung’s exploration of symbols, archetypes, and the deeper layers of the psyche. Across history and disciplines, dreams have remained a profound way of understanding ourselves and the world we live in.
Dreamwork today is the practice of engaging with dreams as meaningful experiences rather than random events. It views dreams as expressions of the psyche that speak through imagery, metaphor, emotion, and intuition. Some traditions understand dreams as reflections of our outer lives; others see them as bridges to creativity, ancestral memory, or the subtle intuitive layers of reality. Modern dreamwork sits at the intersection of psychology, spirituality, and personal exploration, drawing from symbolic analysis, mythic patterns, cultural traditions, and the innate wisdom of the dreamer. At its core, dreamwork recognizes that each dream carries its own intelligence and invites us into a deeper relationship with ourselves and the world around us.
